Orders and payment

How do I order?

Use the website checkout, or message WhatsApp +92 339 0009166 with the piece name, size, city, and whether you will pay online or COD.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, in most Pakistani cities, subject to order value. High-value pieces may need part or full prepayment.

When is my order confirmed?

When we write back with a confirmation, or when the piece is dispatched. A cart is not a reserved piece.

Making and dispatch

How long until it ships?

Ready stock: 1–3 working days. Made-to-order, sized, or engraved: see the product page or Custom page, typically 12–14 working days.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. We send the courier tracking number when the parcel is booked.

The jewellery

Are the stones certified?

Only if the listing says a certificate is included. Otherwise stones are described in good faith and are not sold as certified investment gems.

Is the clasp on the necklace real?

Yes. You receive a thin cable chain, lobster clasp, and open jump rings on an extender. We do not fit a different lock than the one in the catalogue photograph.

Can I change a letter charm or initial plaque?

Yes, before we make it. Once a letter is fitted or engraved, the piece is final sale.

Returns and size

Can I return a piece I simply do not like?

Ready-made, unworn pieces may be returned within 7 calendar days with an RA number. Custom, engraved, sale, and worn earrings cannot. Read the Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

The ring size is wrong.

If we have your size in stock and the ring is unworn, we exchange once inside 7 days. A remake to a new size is custom work and is not a cash refund.

Why can I not return earrings?

For hygiene reasons — unworn, sealed earrings may still be considered, but worn earrings can only be returned if they're defective.

Care

The silver looks darker.

Tarnish is normal. Use a jewellery cloth. See the Care page. Tarnish is not a defect.

A stone feels loose.

Stop wearing it and send photos the same day. Do not glue it.
