Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Zevar by Usman Waseem website and every order placed through it or through our official WhatsApp / Instagram. By placing an order you accept them.

1. The brand

The seller is Zevar by Usman Waseem, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. Correspondence address: G-11, Anum Centre, Saddar, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.

2. The shop

• Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless another currency is shown.
• Photos are of Zevar pieces. Handmade work can vary slightly from the photograph. That is not a defect.
• A listing is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. We accept the contract when we confirm the order in writing or dispatch it.
• We may refuse or cancel an order (wrong price displayed, suspected fraud, item unavailable). If we have taken money we refund it.

3. Orders and payment

• You must give a correct name, phone, and address. A failed delivery caused by a wrong address is your responsibility.
• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include cards, bank transfer, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• COD may be limited by order value or city. We may ask for a prepaid amount on high-value pieces.
• Title in the jewellery passes to you when we receive cleared payment (or when COD is collected) and the piece is delivered.

4. Making and descriptions

Product pages state metal, stones, and approximate measurements. Stones are described in good faith. Unless a laboratory certificate is supplied with the piece, stones are not sold as certified investment-grade gems.

Custom, engraved, and sized-to-order work follows the Custom & Personalisation page and is final sale once production starts.

5. Delivery, returns, privacy

Delivery is governed by the Shipping & Cancellation Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the Return, Exchange & Refund Policy. Personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. Those pages form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Zevar name, monogram, photographs, and designs are ours. You may not copy listings, photos, or designs to sell competing jewellery.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, scrape it, post false reviews, or place orders you do not intend to receive. We may block a customer who abuses COD, returns, or staff.

8. Liability

We are responsible for sending the piece you ordered, in the condition described, and for our own negligence. We are not responsible for courier delay outside our control, customs on international parcels, or damage caused after delivery by chemicals, snagging, or third-party repair. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Pakistani law does not allow us to limit.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Karachi, Sindh have jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer-court rights you may have.
