Custom & Personalisation

Some Zevar pieces are made, sized, engraved, or fitted with a specific charm after you order. This page explains exactly how that process works, from confirmation to delivery.

What counts as custom

• Any design built to your brief, including changes to a catalogue piece.
• A stone selected or set for your order.
• Ring or bangle made or altered to a stated size.
• Engraving — names, dates, initials.
• Letter charms, sunburst initial plaques, or drops fitted to a bangle or chain to your choice of letter.
• A necklace or earring drop made to a length that is not the standard listing.

How to order

Write to us on WhatsApp (+92 339 0009166) with: the base design, metal, size or length, exact spelling of any letters (uppercase / lowercase), and your deadline if you have one. We'll confirm price, timeline, and a sketch or reference photo before work starts.

Deposits and cancellation

• A deposit may be required before we start. The amount is stated in the confirmation.
• You may cancel in writing only before production starts — usually within 24 hours of our confirmation.
• Once production starts, the order cannot be cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable.
• The finished custom piece is final sale. No change-of-mind return, exchange, or cash refund.

If we make an error

If the piece does not match the written confirmation — wrong letter, wrong size we recorded, defective setting — we remake or repair at our cost. We just ask that you check the confirmation carefully before approving it, since a spelling you sent us isn't something we can treat as our error.

Timeline

Typical custom work takes 12–14 working days after confirmation and deposit, unless we write a different date. Rush work, if we're able to accept it, is quoted separately.

Approvals

If we send a preview — a layout of letters, a size check — silence after 48 hours is not treated as approval. We'll always wait for a clear “yes” before we engrave or cut.
