Measure before you order

Wrong size is the most common reason a piece comes back. Measure at home. Custom sizes are final sale once we start work.

Rings

Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are warm. Do not measure cold hands.

• Wrap a thin strip of paper or non-stretch thread around the base of the finger.
• Mark the overlap. Measure that length in millimetres. That is the inner circumference.
• If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for wider bands.

This chart is a guide. If you already own a well-fitting ring, measure its inner diameter in millimetres and send us that number on WhatsApp.

Hinged bangles

Measure the widest part of the closed hand (knuckles), not the wrist, because the bangle must pass over the hand.

• Bring thumb and little finger together as if putting on a bangle.
• Measure that circumference in millimetres.
• Choose a bangle inner circumference a few millimetres larger than that measurement.

Product pages list inner diameter or circumference. If you are unsure, send a photo of a bangle that already fits, next to a ruler.

Necklaces

Zevar necklaces include an extender tail with open jump rings and a lobster clasp so you can change length. Typical finished lengths:

The product page states the starting length. Do not assume a hidden sliding lock — the clasp you see is the clasp you receive.

Earrings

Drops are measured from the top of the hook or post to the lowest point. If you want a shorter or longer drop than listed, that is a custom request and follows the Custom page.
